Cancellation & Refund Policy

At KozySL Wealth, we value your commitment to your financial journey. Please review our policies regarding coaching sessions and digital products below.

1. Deep Dive Sessions

Because these sessions require significant advance preparation and analysis of your provided information, the following fees apply to cancellations:

• Prompt Cancellation: $0 fee if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Standard Cancellation: A $20 administrative fee applies if cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase, but with at least 24 hours' notice before the session.

• Late Cancellation: A $50 preparation fee applies if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session.

• Rescheduling: There is no fee to reschedule a Deep Dive session at any time.

2. Education Sessions

We understand that schedules can change. To respect the time of both our coaches and our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your coaching session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time for a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund.

2. Digital Courses & Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses and downloadable materials are final and non-refundable.

• Immediate Access: Because you receive instant access to the intellectual property and materials upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the transaction is complete.

• Support: If you experience any technical issues accessing your course, please reach out so we can ensure you have full access to your purchase.

3. Reimbursement Process

For eligible coaching session refunds:

• Timeline: We will process your reimbursement within 30 days of your cancellation request.

• Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
